To program Uniform Call Distribution:
In the Class of Service Options form, program the options and timers.
The COS options related to MCD include Call Forwarding - Override, Recorded Announcement Device, ANSWER PLUS - Delay to Message Timer, ANSWER PLUS - Expected Offhook Timer, ANSWER PLUS - Message Length Timer, ANSWER PLUS - System Reroute Timer, and Call Forward No Answer Timer.
In the Feature Access Codes form, assign the required access codes.
The access codes related to MCD include ACD Agent Login, ACD Agent Logout, Call Forward Override, Do Not Disturb - Remote, Do Not Disturb - Cancel Remote, Make Busy Setup/Cancel, Multiline Set Headset On, and Multiline Set Headset Off.
In the Hunt Groups form, program the hunt group.
In the Call Rerouting form, assign first and second alternative numbers for the Hunt Group Pilot Number.
Complete the Call Rerouting Always Alternatives form. - At least one plan in the Call Rerouting Always Alternative form must have all entries set to 'No Reroute'. Use this plan as the Always Alternative number for stations that require normal call handling.
Complete the Call Rerouting First Alternatives form for each of the originating devices.
Complete the Call Rerouting Second Alternatives form for each of the originating devices.
