Paging - Loudspeaker

Description:

Paging lets you connect to loudspeaker or paging equipment to make an announcement. You can access individual paging zones or all paging zones simultaneously. A one-way connection is established for "All Zones" paging. A two-way connection is established for "Individual Zones" loudspeaker page.

Before you are connected to the paging equipment, you will hear a two-second tone.

Operation

2500, SUPERSET 401, SUPERSET 401+, and SUPERSET 4001 telephones; 5001 IP Phone, 5201 IP Phone, and 5302 SIP Phone:

To use paging:

  1. Lift the handset.

  2. Dial the Paging Feature Access code.

  3. Dial the Paging Zone number (if required).

  4. If you hear busy tone, dial the Loudspeaker Pager Override Feature Access code.

  5. Make the Announcement.

  6. Hang up.

To use Paging:

  1. Lift the handset or press the prime line.

  2. Press Paging, Page, or Pager or the press the Page feature access key.

  3. Dial the Paging zone number (if required).

  4. Make the announcement.

  5. Hang up or press the Cancel or Release key.
